Since transport prices are drastically increasing, reconsideration has taken place on whether organic food supplying should continue to places such as hospitals and schools.
However this doesn’t account for a drop in overall interest and demand for organic foods - businessmen and entrepreneurship are trying as hard as ever to get a slice of the ever growing organic food market pie.
“Consumer interest has never waned in organic foods yet we still need to reconsider investing in it due to price of transport”.
The solution isn’t to simply move away from organic foods. Many people have started their own local plantations, as transport prices will significantly drop and it will act as a long term investment.
“Restaurants which don’t take action I assume will face the consequences of cost sooner or later. They need to take the initiative and grow their own natural foods”

“I don’t get the skeptics - it’s clear as day, the remenants and residues of harmful pesticides and artificial growth stimulants on crops”.

Only several years ago, consumers were very restricted in the choice of organic produce they could buy - A minimul range was marketed in small businesses, although its appeal was limited at the time. Throughout the past few years, increased coverage on GM foods has flipped peoples views on organic food. Now the bigger markets are catching on.
The worry is, as it becomes more popular, so will farmers crossing the line between commercial and organic. A variety of certification badges exist, but there is no real proof.
